Our celebrated kaiseki course meals are sure to satisfy both your palate and your appetite.
Relax in the simple charm and traditional ambience of an old home nestled amongst the rice fields of Shinshu’s Azumino area, while indulging in our carefully-prepared cuisine, which features Japanese-Western fusion kaiseki course meals made with ingredients sourced from the Shinshu (Nagano) region. Great care is taken to serve warm dishes while they’re hot, and cold dishes while they’re chilled?guaranteeing each dish is savored at the peak of its flavor.
